Newsletter Features
CUSTOM DESIGN TEA, offers two types of newsletter
scripts; each of these has a long list of features.
Depending on the Type of site and the client's requirements,
we will suggest the most suitable script.
Both are web-based newsletter scripts that allow for
a one-way email announcement delivery system. Great
for newsletters, publicity lists, notifications, and
many other uses; it is different from group mailing
list systems.
Each of our scripts has many features (listed at the
bottom of this page). CDT will integrate the newsletter
seamlessly with your site, send you a detailed tutorial
on how to use the script and be available for additional
telephone and/or email support.
- The Web Interface allows you to manage, write and
send messages over the internet.
- Open/View Tracking tells you how many users opened
your email message.
- Click Tracking tracks links and URLs. Statistics
can be viewed by message, URL or subscriber.
- Your mailing list will be configured and set up
by us so that it represents the look of your site.
- Subscriber Attributes are kept to a minimum.
- Subscribers can be addressed by first / last name
- HTML email messages and images are possible.
- Subscribers can be given the choice between text
or html email messages.
- The HTML Editor allows you to edit html messages
and works similar to Word.
- The mailing list can be configured in several languages
- for exampleEnglish, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese,
and Dutch.
- Multiple List Administrators can be assigned. The
super-admin can assign lists to one or more List Managers.
- Subscriber can update their preferences or unsubscribe.
- Subscribers can update their own information and
keep your database up to date.
- Bounce Processing keeps your database clean of unused
and non-existent email addresses.
- RSS feeds can be automatically sent to a mailing
list weekly, daily, or monthly.
- Batch Processing is useful in shared hosting environments.
Set the maximum number of sent messages in a given
time period.
- Throttling can limit the load on your server so
it does not overload.
- Domain Throttling limits the number of emails to
specific domains to keep on the friendly side of their
system administrators.
- Scheduled Sending lets you tell the system when
the message is to be sent.
